We work with students, teachers, parents, school principals, youth mentors, local ward leaders and municipal leaders and government officers to provide support to girls to join careers in STEM, i.e. Science, Mathematics Engineering and Technology.
We promote safe and diverse spaces in schools, colleges and offices.

We follow a curriculum based in the design thinking process. Role model’s journey sharing, exposure to real world solutions. utilizing real world tools, and digital literacy are an important part of our workshops.
Students go through two phases of immersive experiences in learning Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Bootcamp curriculum is holistic and encourages scientific thinking and collaborative learning.
We are currently conducting a semi-participatory action research about the effects of a multi-stakeholder engagement in changing gender norms in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics
